Charming house with patio and seaview

The apartment is part of a typical Ischia house recently restored. The apartment is finely furnished and is built around a patio, where guests can have meals or just relax. In front of the house there is a public (toll) parking. A supermarket is a few meters from the house. The main square of the village is a short walk away: all the main facilities (bank, grocery, pharmacy, post office, bar, pastry shop) can be found there. The apartment is 10 min from beautiful Maronti beach, which can be reached by car or bus (bus stop at the end of the main square). Nearby it is also the historical Nitrodi thermal spring, which was already known to ancient Greeks for its therapeutic properties. The numerous other thermal parks of Ischia island can equally be reached by car or bus: the circle bus line CS/CD connects all the municipalities of the island, with a frequency of about 20 min.

The apartment is in a panoramic location, with sight of the sea from a large balcony. The core of the house dates back to the end of XIX century and has large rooms, with high vaulted ceilings. The patio is enclosed by a small, more recent building, including a bedroom and a dressing room: this bedroom is available only in specific periods. All bedrooms are air conditioned; each one has its private bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with double beds, one of which can be divided into two single beds. The spacious living room has a TV and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with traditional and microwave ovens, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher. Guests will have at their disposal bed linen, bathroom and beach towels, crockery and cutlery for meals and breakfast, pots and pans.

The house is on two floors. Upstairs there is another independent apartment, consisting of a large loft bedroom with bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace, and a second smaller double bedroom equally with private bathroom. Under the loft there is a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Also this apartment can be rent by HomeAway. Upon request, for groups of friends or several families spending holidays together, the entire house can be rent by contacting the host: 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, with a total of 10-11 beds, are globally available.
