Equipped for two people, it comprises a living room opening onto a lovely terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
You will have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed of the same size.
Enjoy relaxing moments and meals in the sun on the terrace.

This studio is just a 10-minute walk from the town center, the beach, and shops, allowing you to easily get around on foot.

💳 Security deposit: €300 (not cashed, returned after your stay)

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.

If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €130 may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property 🙏
