"Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

"The home itself is lovely and it’s a great location. The property manager was kind and communicative. The only issues we had were that the house was missing a few basics — including hand soap, dish soap — and there was no WiFi. WiFi isn’t listed as an amenity, so it’s our fault for not noticing that, but I think it should be stated more clearly on the listing as we’ve never had WiFi be unavailable at a rental. (It meant we had to incur extra costs on cell data.) Overall would recommend!"

"Ein kleines Haus mitten in dem Ort. Sehr sauber. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen, nur einen Strand nicht. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Parkplatz, wo das Auto nachts gut stehen kann. Die Wohnung hat alles was macht braucht. Ein zusätzlicher normaler Wäschständer wäre super. WLAN war etwas langsam. Fernsehprogramm könnte um deutsche (u. andere Länder) Sender erweitert werden. Im Bad fehlt auch ein Regal. Haben die kleinen Tischchen aus dem Wohnzimmer als Ablage für die Kosmetikartikel in den...

"Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"
