"Hotel bem longe do centro. Precisa ir de táxi ou a pé (20 minutos subindo sempre). Por ser longe do centro, é bem silencioso e com vista muito aprazível. Bom café da manhã, mas certas com restrições: não há suco nem muitas opções."

"This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. "Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept.
The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Listing a property on Expedia should include mention that English is not widely spoken when appropriate. Except for the cave steam bath, there...
