"Our family of 12 enjoyed a long weekend and it truly was Almost Heaven! From the amazing sunrises and sunsets to the fully appointed mountain cabin, we had an amazing time! Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and downtown Asheville were all easy driving distances and offered fun for all!Great location and beautiful cabin atop your own mountain! Who could ask for more!"

"The cottage was peaceful and a perfect place to send my parents to relax. The check in process was a bit odd, the cottages are not clearly marked, they had to guess which cabin was theirs and try their code. Otherwise, this place was perfect. Cozy, clean, and the hosts were quick in response and great hosts! "

"The upstairs one bedroom was great although the steps took some effort. The open living room, kitchen and dining room gave plenty of room to spread out. The porches on each end really added a nice touch as well as the fire pit and stack of fire wood. The walkway to the creek was well done and gave easy access. "The house was incredible and had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus two pups. The view from the deck was stunning and great to drink coffee on in the morning and sip bourbon on at night. Kids had a blast in the game room, even though they couldn’t beat me in shuffleboard! Mike and Rachel were fantastic hosts with great communication. Would highly recommend this house for your next trip. And if you do go would also recommend tubing down the French Brd River at Mad Co Tubing. Our kiddos...
