Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom downstairs (stair access only) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor(seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

wonderful place to stay!! very clean, lots of dishes to cook with and beautiful views from all around! Only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub only being hot on 1 day out of the 3 we were there, as well as the listing saying there were 7 hot ins but we only ever found 1 on the map provided! still a great place to bring your family!!

Gorgeous view and great amenities

The place was equipped with everything we needed! Nice and clean and a gorgeous view!! We loved sitting out on the balcony which we felt was larger than the pictures showed. The Echota property was beautiful and peaceful. Even though the indoor pool was a tiny bit of a drive from this unit, we didn’t mind at all because the indoor pool and hot tub were spotless and provided so much entertainment for our kids! Foscoe management company did a fantastic job of making sure we were well prepared for our arrival and departure and when we had a question, they were quick to respond and accommodate. The location of the property was perfect for our needs - about 20 minutes to Boone and 30 to Linville Falls and Caverns but 12 minutes from the grocery store and restaurant options - perfect!!

Perfect space for family

The condo was so perfect for our family of four. It was clean and well appointed. The hot tub and pool were a bit of a drive from the unit but otherwise had no complaints. Would definitely rent again

It was a great vacation. The view was amazing. The only problem i had with the whole place was it was on the bottom floor of a condo. 2 flights of stairs to go was not what Id expected. Other than that it was amazing

Incredible views! We loved staying here and will definitely be back. Wish there was another outdoor pool/hot tub and more games in the clubhouse (ping pong, etc.) but the house and views were well worth it!

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful with a breathtaking view. The only issues were that we didn’t realize this was a lower unit and one of our group has issues with stairs. The only other thing we’re that the pillows need to be upgraded; otherwise, it was perfect!

Fosco Rentals were great to work with. Answered my questions promptly. Loved the lay out of the condo and the views were awesome! The description listed the condo as “ground level with steps” I thought that was miss leading as there were two flights down to our condo. We are both over 60 , so it was difficult to unload and load our stuff. Otherwise, a great experience.

Ski trip

We went to the area to go to Beech Mountain for first time of skiing. This property was a little further away than I wanted but I think because of that it was nice and quiet. It is a very nice place to stay and very clean. We enjoyed our time there and will recommend it to others.

Lovely condo.

The property itself is lovely! It is very comfortable and has a beautiful view! Our concern is with the management/maintenance of the property. Listing says there will be a weekend supply of specific products. There were no kitchen trash bags except for the ONE in the trash can. There was 1/3 of a roll of paper towel on the roll and no extra. There was no bedspread for sofa bed. There was no shampoo. We would have brought these things if we’d known.
