The spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat of its own, complete with private deck access, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a separate soaking tub. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed, with an adjacent hall bath.

After a day spent skiing, hiking, golfing, or exploring the High Country, there's no better way to wind down than with a long soak in the tub and the promise of a cozy night's sleep.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please note that this is a lower level unit accessed by external stairs.
- Roads are plowed in winter, but due to the elevation 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this property.
- Max of two (2) cars per unit are permitted at The Reserve.
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens stocked with all utensils, dishware and cookware needed to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a "starter set" of other essentials including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you. Please plan to bring any food or pantry items you wish to use.
- Guests returning to The Owl's Nest may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- Grills are not permitted on the deck of the unit itself.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
