Ski-in/ski-out 1BR, 1BA condo on the third floor of Sugar Ski & Country Club. The condo can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the third floor and offers long-range Mountain View’s (there is no elevator in the building). The clubhouse features a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, business center, and fitness center. The condo does not have air conditioning, as temperatures typically stay in the 70s during the summer. It’s a 2-minute walk to Sugar Slalom and a 1-minute walk to Oma’s Meadow.

Welcome to our cozy 525-square-foot condo — perfect for families! You'll enjoy a fully stocked, full-size kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a closet that includes a dryer (please note, no washer). In the hallway, there's a twin-size bunk bed that's perfect for kids. Step out onto the balcony, where you'll find a table and four chairs — great for relaxing. For families traveling with little ones, we provide a pack 'n play, two children's life vests for the pool, and a selection of books and toys.

Our beautiful clubhouse was completely rebuilt in 2022, featuring a brand-new swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, business center, and fitness room — everything is fresh, modern, and ready for you to enjoy.

The resort is perfectly located right on the slopes, making it easy to ski in and out during your stay!

You'll also be just a short drive from charming towns like Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Beech Mountain, and Boone. The High Country offers endless year-round activities, from skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, biking, fishing, and more in the warmer months. There’s always something fun to do, no matter the season!
