1) Guests must be 25 or older to book. Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
2) Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs. Please review the house rules for additional details.
3) Winter Weather Policy: Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind during winter bookings.
The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with contracted snow removal, but winter weather conditions can vary. We highly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles or tire chains during winter visits.
4) Additional visitors are not permitted unless a special request is made and approved by the host.
5) Security: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior surveillance cameras are located at the parking area, back deck entrance, and front door. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
6) Check-in/Out Times: Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated on days with same-day turnarounds to ensure our cleaning team has adequate time. When available, they can be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.
7) Cancellations: For bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a 3% Stripe card processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
