"Fantastic trip! Stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The property was wooded and so quiet. We didn't expect to wake up to snow and feel like temp of 7 degrees, but the cabin was warm, cozy, and dry. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back! Thanks for the memories Bear Cabin!"

"Great property, enjoyed reunion at Lees McRae. One neighbor does get up at 5 am for work, asked for quiet time on Wednesday. Went over and met him on Thursday. No problems afterwards. Very nice, just gets up early.We went indoors around 10 pm.Great house for 14 people. "

"We stayed here for my daughter's birthday weekend. Boone had a lot of snow and ice the week before, and neighbors helped my husband get up the road to the house. The VIEW was beautiful! The house is huge, and there was plenty of space for my daughters' friends, my sons' friends and my husband and I. It was a great location.
