Inside, the condo features a warm modern mountain feel with open living spaces, tall windows, and comfortable furnishings designed for relaxing after a day of adventure. The living room offers plenty of seating gathered around a gas fireplace and large windows that showcase the incredible views beyond. Just off the living area, the dining table seats six guests comfortably, while the updated kitchen includes everything needed for meal preparation, including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and breakfast bar seating for casual meals or morning coffee.

One of the standout features of the home is the spacious loft overlooking the living room below. From here, you can look out through the towering windows toward the mountains while still feeling connected to the cozy fireplace and gathering spaces below. The loft also includes a sleeper sofa, mini fridge, and wine fridge, creating a relaxing bonus space for guests.

The upper bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the upstairs bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway and loft area. This bathroom feels spa-inspired with four sinks, a freestanding soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower. The lower bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom access that can also be entered from the hallway for added convenience.

Step outside and choose between two scenic outdoor spaces depending on the weather. The upper deck is uncovered and perfect for soaking in sunny mountain afternoons, while the lower covered deck features a tin roof so you can still enjoy the fresh mountain air even during a relaxing rainy day.
