This updated cabin in the town of Seven Devils is minutes to Hawksnest Tubing and Ziplining and a short drive to Boone, Sugar Mountain, or Grandfather Mountain. The main level features a woodburning fireplace and leather seating, with a mounted flat-screen TV nearby. The kitchen has granite counters and island with stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to seven. The hall leads to the queen bedroom with smart TV. Across the hall is the entrance to a full bathroom with shower and jetted tub.
Upstairs is an open loft with seating and a table for checkers or other board games. The queen suite is here with a bathroom that opens to both the bedroom and the loft. Downstairs is ready for action! The owner provides both a pool table and foosball, plus a comfortable sofa and mounted TV. Off of the den is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk plus a matching crib. A third full bath is downstairs with a shower.

Take the exterior door from the den, and the outside steps lead you down to the lower grounds. Here you will find a hot tub on the wooden patio with bench seating around. On the main level, enjoy the night air from the comfort of the screened in porch with seating and a gas grill.

-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
