Please note that this property is located within a historic commercial community in the heart of Bangkok’s Chinatown. The surrounding area is lively, with local shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. As a result, some street activity, music, or neighborhood noise may occasionally be heard in the evening, generally until around midnight and sometimes until approximately 1:00 AM.

As new businesses occasionally move into neighboring units, renovation work and construction noise may also occur during permitted daytime working hours. Due to the building’s heritage structure, sound may travel between adjoining units more easily than in a modern building. If you are particularly sensitive to daytime or nighttime noise, please consider this before booking.
