The space
Situated on the top two floors of an eight storey high building, the two-storey property features six bedrooms in a 600 sq.m. of usage space. The main floor features a parquet teak floors. Rooms are newly renovated with three sets of rooms connected by a bathroom. The master bedroom features a hot tub, a walk in closet and a king size bed in the main bedroom and two double beds in the connected room. The living room features a koi pond under a winding staircase as well as a spacious seating area to mingle. The top floor has an outdoor terrace with views of Icon Siam and Bangkok’s skyscrapers. Being surrounded by hotels along the river, on New Year’s eve and a few select auspicious days of the year, the property witnesses the spectacular firework show the different hotels put on.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole property for this reservation which features room for 12 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated using futons for an addiitonal fee. Please contact me for additional information.
Other things to note
Apart from the koi swimming around in the pond, we also have a cockatoo as a resident. She generally behaves but please do not insert your finger into the cage just to be on the safe side. If she does create a noise nuisance, do let us know and we will remove her immediately.
