Friendly staff ,great reception n bellboy especially Hugo always on hand to help carry items. The cleaning staff did a good job ,room are clean tidy. Great location 7 11 is within walking distance and there,s supermarket close by in anoher hotel area. Only minor point is that Tuk tuk service to bts on weekend can be extended or start bit early . Overall i would stay there again .in fuure

Staff was nice and friendly. Our maid my have been new, she forgot to refill our coffee, took our robes and slippers 😄 I had to call the front desk twice before the manager came up. That was all on the last day spent there. Maybe they thought we were checking out that day. Other than that, it's a really nice place, close to train,malls bars, night market and more. One last note, if your looking for a hotel with a big pool, then pass on this one. It's to small.

Clean and comfortable. Our suite had full kitchen with several pans plates but there was no eating or cooking utensils. Not even a spoon to stir coffee. That by itself is not enough to lower score from excellent.

Loved this accommodation! The people were friendly and helpful. The room is fantastic, comfortable and clean. The location is awesome too. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the Chidlom BTS and within walking distance to many eating places and 7-11 too. Very very happy with this hotel!

my 2nd time stay at this hotel. I love the location and the hotel free tuk tuk ride to bts station. its very convenient with all the restaurant and convenient store nearby. Walking distance to Erawan and all other malls like chidlom. Will stay at this hotel again and again. Can be improved with renovation. bathroom shower water temperature is not consistent.

Room is spacious. Amenities are well supply. Bathroom tub is a bit too high to climb in. Wonder if there are rooms have shower & no bath tub?
