The customer service at this hotel was the worst i've experienced while in thailand.When first checking in the guy issued us our room key and sent us on our way . No direction of where to go for the lifts etc no assistance or even offer of assistance with our luggage. There was a time when we were waiting at the bar area of the lobby basically the same desk as reception and 2 members of staff were talking amongst themselves(they weren't serving anyone)we waited and waited before i had to ask for assistance. All we wanted was ice and hotel info stated that the lobby bar was open until 11pm . It was 10:25pm when we asked,the lady said bar was closed and directed us to buy ice at the nearby store.
The pool was supposed to be available between from 7:30am but we went up at 8:15am and was told by a member of staff who was staring into the pool that it would be accessible in 1 hour as he needed to clean it. We went back over an hour later at 9:30am and it was open but when we got in the pool it was not clean. There were flies on the top (thats not too bad ) but also what looked like skin particles or little bits of stuff in the water we could see it everywhere and had to get out . The pool was not clean. The rooftop bar also i never saw anyone serving there any of the times i went up.
Our room was immaculate and very clean. Comfy beds and 2 tvs. Lots of space, a safe to keep belongings.
The lobby area had a consistent smell of the toilets.Issues with room keys.
