"Myself, my husband and 3 children (20, 18 & 16yrs) just spent the most amazing 2 weeks at this beautiful holiday home (Aug 2025). It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is beautifully decorated, is extremely quiet, has stunning views and is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen for self catering. It is a 7min drive to the closest village of Aberlour, where there is a well stocked co-op, a small hotel and a couple of bars and shops. It is a 25min drive to bigger supermarkets...

"Gardenstown is a sweet little village on the coast about one hour north of Aberdeen. The house is located perfectly with an amazing view to the ocean directly out of the kitchen window. It is newly renovated. Everything is in perfect working order. Car can be parked in front of the house. Andreas, our landlord, is a super friendly and relaxed person and gave us both, helpful hints for visits in the area as well as e.g. a gas grill to prepare out freshly self-caught North Sea fish. "Beautiful property just a couple minutes drive from Aberlour and many of the Speyside distilleries. Easy day trips to Inverness, Loch Ness and Cairngorms. 3 well equipped bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen. Comfortable dinning room and lounge, and great outdoor space. "

"Everything was great! Very cool property on the garden center grounds, super nice, friendly and helpful property manager. Very comfortable beds/living spaces was full kitchen and laundry appliances. The property was about 5 miles outside of town so not super walkable but an easy drive to the beach and town center. Would recommend for some peace and quiet! Would stay again no question. "
