This is a very disturbing review for us. Occasionally we get some rust stains or such on the sheets but we try very hard to catch them so they don't go out. We do have a door bell on the office door that can always be used for situations such as this. Having clean rooms is our top priority.

We're sorry your stay wasn't what you had hoped for. However I do not believe that no ice machine or breakfast deserve such a low rating. Most motels in Bandon are "old" . The ones that are not are 400+ a night. If you think our prices are too high I guess Bandon in general will not be one of your future stops. Thanks for your review.

James, we are so sorry your stay was less than you expected. Yes room 12 is close to the highway and we always save it for last. We had a full house the night of your stay. The thermostat in the room is controllable by each guest. So all you had to do was turn it down. Thank you for your review.
