Our team Le Temps Des Vacances offers you this beautiful air-conditioned apartment, with a stay overlooking a pleasant garden and fenced in a quiet residence. Air conditioning is in the living room.
A private garage completes the property.

For convenience, bathroom with separate toilet.
Outside, a private garden with table, chairs and plancha. Very pleasant space allowing you to spend your days in the sun.

We require a deposit of 25%. The balance is paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in case of last minute reservation.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
You have the possibility for more comfort, to choose as an option the possibility of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sunday and holidays will be charged 100 euros extra.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6pm will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival in cheques or cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will be asked for a certificate of insurance in resort or civil liability.
No rental will be final without these documents.

Arrival between 18:00 and 19:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 19:00 and 20:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 21:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 22:00 is subject to 150 late arrival fee.
