"The staff went above and beyond. It was my girlfriends 30th birthday and while I was in the UK they helped to get things organised and things didn’t change once we got here. The best treatment, I could see the staff did this across the board for everyone at the hotel. They really couldn’t have helped more if they tried, from the manager, to the reception staff, bar staff and everybody else. "We had a wonderful stay at the Galle Fort Hotel. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. We had an issue with an iron and we were absolutely taken care of by the general manager. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Galle area."
