There is no elevator to the apartment, but for the climb to the 3rd floor you will not only be rewarded with a fantastic panorama over Bamberg's seven hills to the west - but also with plenty of space and plenty of peace and quiet above the rooftops of the city.

Access for guests

We offer self-check-in for Lofty Luna: you will receive detailed information with your personal access code one day before your arrival. This means you can get to your apartment independently even if you arrive late.

Lofty Luna is located not far from the train station in a quiet residential complex from the 1990s. Until 2014, the US Army had a base nearby, but since the Americans withdrew, the neighborhood has changed significantly - new residential areas are being built, the infrastructure is improving, and many new restaurants and shops are opening.

The magnificent old town of Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993, can be easily reached by bus, bicycle or car in just a few minutes. The train station is halfway to the city center and is just a 15-minute walk away. The A70 and A73 motorways are also just a few minutes away by car.
