"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Great location. 5-10 min walk to train station and beach. A few bars by the carbis bay beach (fancy resort area). So many beautiful beaches in St Ives too. Train to St Ives, 3 minutes, £1...or a beautiful 45 min walk. Accommodation was just perfect for me, so clean, easy to get to, parking right outside, everything supplied (cloths, towels, washing up liquid, tea towels, bin liners). "We booked 3 rooms through Expedia. I thought they were quite expensive for what we paid, 280 each for superior sea view. When we arrived after a long drive taking over 9 hours we were told we only had 2 rooms booked. The manager was gone ages and came back telling us there had been a mistake, tried to blame Expedia and took two members of our party to its sister hotel, the Pedn Olva up the road. "The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. The stay would have been better if the parking was clearly listed and that the WiFi signal goes to the rear bedroom as well. But other than that it was a great experience. Would highly recommend...

I asked a couple of questions but got no reply ... it was advertised on expedia as having parking which was the main reason we booked it but there is no room anywhere near the property to park which i feel is false advertisising ...other than this we enjoyed our stay in Beautiful St Ives .... reply "

"This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. Bus 2 runs from right outside so ideal for connections to Penzance and Porthleven. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."
