"The general cleaning of the room wasn’t the best, dirty mirrors, a lot of dirty marks on the walls and debris on the floor. The linen and towels were all clean but the shower was poorly cleaned. Overall not very presentable inside the room."

"The room was clean, spacious and included the amenities that you want (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, tea/coffee, iron, hairdryer, wifi, aircon, tv, fridge). The venue is quite old but they have maintained it to be a worthy place to stay. And, I would stay here again. Across from Doncaster Shoppingtown ... means easy access to restaurants (cafe's and foodhall) and supermarkets. I was in an upstairs room, which had a nice little balcony that had nice views of the city and the sunset. ...

"Was unable to contact reception before arriving at the hotel for an after hours check in (10pm). Was later (the next day) advised that reception was in fact, staffed until midnight however, during business hours (I called at 5pm to confirm) I was advised that reception is closed at 8pm and that I should call the reception number to be let in. I was very far from Box Hill so I called 9 times, went straight to a "no message can be left on this service". Expedia support team were unable to contact...

"O hotel apresenta bom nível de conforto, em bairro agradável, porém muito distante do centro. O hotel não tem arrumação de quarto aos domingos. O wifi gratuito restringe o uso a apenas 1 aparelho (reclamamos e nos foi autorizado o acesso em dois laptops)."

The only issue is ask for a higher floor if possible or a room not facing the city as every morning from 3:30am onwards you will hear deliveries for the fresh food market at Box Hill Central. Very loud. Still i would stay here again, just hopefully different room. Its a good location in Box Hill"

"A light and bright unit that was clean and had everything we might need. Great to have off street parking. Close to shops and public transport "

"Tiny room was looked over by adjoining building so curtains always closed. No coffee table so food or drink had to be consumed whilst sitting on the bed. No writing paper or pen. No soap holder on vaniity so grabbed a plate from the kitchen to hold soap. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. "
