"Lovely location and our king room was superb. Our host Lisa was there to welcome us, such a helpful and friendly lady. We were shown to our room where she had prepared comprehensive details of useful information about places to go, eating places etc. Lovely en-suite shower and extremely comfortable bed. "We stayed in one of the yurts there are 2. The check in instructions were very clear. The yurt was cosy especially when we lit the fire (wood provided). We had a great nights sleep. "

"Spotlessly clean accommodation. Stayed in studio apartment for 2 nights. Parking, access to property all very straightforward. Literally couple of minutes walk into Glastonbury town centre. Fabulous hosts. Continental breakfast supplied for 2 days. Perfect. Very communicative and prompt to reply to all questions. Will definitely book again. A treasure of a find. Thank you so much. "

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again "

"The property was very well equipped & in a lovely position on the site. It was very peaceful. The couple of queries we had were immediately resolved by the reception staff. If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter."

"The property was perfect for our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very well equipped, clean, and most importantly for us quiet. Lots of space for our fur babies to run and a wonderful location for countryside walks and day trips to various places i.e. Wells and Glastonbury. We would highly recommend West Barn to anybody looking for a peaceful retreat or somewhere to meet up with friends/family."

We also wanted to be able to enjoy a grand meal together for up to 14 of us. Compton House was perfect for us - a very unusual and lovely property. "Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "
