Parking

Complimentary street parking is typically available on 23rd Street between Maryland Avenue and North Charles Street on a first-come, first-served basis. Please observe all posted parking signs and restrictions. Metered parking is available along North Charles Street from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and all street parking is complimentary on Sundays.

For guests who prefer the convenience of a guaranteed space, private reserved parking is also available. Rates begin at $25 per reservation, with discounted pricing available for weekly and monthly stays. Advance reservations are recommended, as availability is limited.

Shared Spaces

The Marle offers thoughtfully designed shared spaces where guests can relax, work, or unwind throughout their stay. Enjoy access to the Parlor, outdoor Patio, and other common areas.

Outside visitors are welcome, with a maximum of four visitors at any one time. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we ask that visitors respect quiet hours and shared spaces.

Planning a celebration, meeting, or special gathering? Our Parlor, Ballroom, and Patio are available to reserve separately for private events. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

The Marle is a restored historic property and does not have elevator access.

The Amour King Suite is accessible by stairs.

House Guidelines

To help create an exceptional experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Complimentary early arrival (1:00 PM) and late departure (1:00 PM) may be available and can be confirmed the day before. Priority Early Arrival (before 1:00 PM) is available for $50, and Guaranteed Late Departure until 4:00 PM is available for $75, both by advance request.
Visitors are welcome, with a maximum of four visitors at any one time. For larger gatherings, please inquire about reserving our Parlor, Ballroom, or Outdoor Patio.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, candles, incense, and open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Kitchenettes are intended for light meal preparation only.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
The Marle is a restored historic mansion and does not have elevator access.
Children are welcome and must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
Long-term stays of 30 nights or more are subject to a separate Extended Stay Agreement.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and for complying with all posted parking regulations.
