Spring and Fall boast beautiful foliage and changing colors, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, hiking and biking the many scenic trails, the sounds of swans, geese, and ducks, as well as tranquility and relaxation. Guests can explore the Apple River by kayak or row boat and discover further lake activities by accessing the 8 other lakes within a 15 mile radius. Casual and fine dining as well as friendly and fun local atmosphere can be found in the charming village of Balsam Lake, close to the cabin. Public boat launch on north end of the lake for you to bring your own water craft.
