We loved having enough room (and bathrooms!) for all I’ve rented a lot of vacation houses over the years and never been in one as well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for cooking was there It’s also walking distance (really) to several good restaurants. Clifden is the perfect location to explore Connemara and Mayo."

"Was situated just right to be able to travel around and visit all the must see sites in Connemara. Road was busy at certain times but didnt distract from the peaceful area. Would definitely need a car, but plenty of parking at the house and free parking available at all visitor sites."

"Our family of four was surrounded by lush greenery and Irish hillside in an authentic country cottage. We enjoyed watching the sheep roam the yard everyday. The calmness of the place was amazing. We had everything we needed. We were able to grocery shop a few miles away and cook at the cottage to save money for our adventures. Our children played the board games and hiked around the property. "Great location for a drive around Connemara, a visit to the Aran Islands and a day to Dog's Bay. One of the highlights was a close encounter with 3 cuckoos fighting over territory or a female. They called and circled for about an hour over the house. "
