"Lake House is a beautiful property in an idyllic location. Close enough to the village for essentials but beautiful and quiet. The kids had a great time in the gardens as did our family dog. The house has everything you could require with so much space and both indoor and outdoor dining options. We loved sitting out of an evening enjoying the ever changing view and sunset."

"My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law and only stayed only one night due to availability! The location is situated over the Atlantic with pretty views and sheep and goats just down the hill!Its location is close to Cahersiveen, Waterville and Derrynane!The cottage was well equipped! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of living space for all to enjoy!It was raining when we arrived and there was a load of wet laundry in the wash! Didn’t see a dryer so tried to dry...

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little cottage. From the cottage you can walk up the surrounding hills where you get a beautiful view into the valley and out onto the ocean. Jonathan is a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home and provides you with lots of recommendations, including local pubs and activities in the area. The cottage is small but very cozy and it has a stunning view from the big living room window. Highly recommend!"

"We spent one week in Ballinskelligs and had a great time there. The house is very spacious and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. Checking in was easy, too. There is a lot to visit - Kerry Cliffs, castles, ring forts and Skellig Michael, of course this is quite expensive. "Come for the views, stay for the peace and quiet. If you're looking for the "Irish farm house feel" this is the one! Nestled deep in the countryside on a hill overlooking where Atlantic ocean meets ths Kenmare river. Walking into the house made feel like I was at my Grandparents home (in idaho). We loved it. Would move here in a heartbeat We thouroghly enjoyed "Nan’s hotel". We are already planning a return visit."
