The Villa can be rented as a 5 bedroom villa (max 10 guests) subject to request & rate adjustment.

The Beach House Villa has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and an open plan living, dining and lounge area leading onto a large undercover terrace through glass sliding doors. A private, salt chlorinated pool is surrounded by a spacious wooden viewing & amenity deck that runs the entire width of the villa overlooking the ocean. There are 3 en suite bedrooms situated upstairs on the 1st floor. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has its own private lounge area. The 4th bedroom situated downstairs has its own lounge area and an off suite bathroom. The 5th en-suite bedroom is situated outside the main house and is perfect for the couple who want their own privacy.

The Beach House Villa has a high tech, silent generator to ensure full functionality and uninterrupted power supply during load shedding and power failures. It also has uncapped fibre, fast and secure WiFi and internet.

The Beach House Durban Villa is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.
