La Casa sul Mare - Veliero is part of a villa consisting of 4 apartments (Mansarda, Stella Blu, Veliero, Marinaio), renovated in a nautical style, each with its own private outdoor area.


THE SPACE

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of:

- 1 double bedroom
- 1 living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed
- bathroom with shower, window, hair dryer, and washing machine

Amenities: TV, iron, basic kitchenware, air conditioning.

Outdoor area with patio, lounge chairs, armchairs, and a table—ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying summer evenings.

HOW TO GET THERE
-By car: A29 Palermo–Mazara del Vallo highway, Balestrate exit
-By train: Balestrate station, 1 km away
-Shuttle service and car rental: information available upon request


HOUSE RULES
Upon arrival, you must present a valid ID and sign the short-term rental agreement (Art. 53 of the Tourism Code)
During your stay: please separate your trash for recycling
Upon departure: do not leave trash or food in the apartment
Late check-in (after 10:00 PM): €10 surcharge
Air conditioning: €0.50 per kWh consumed.
