"The townhouse was great. Clean, functional, good location. There were things that need to be improved however. When a place lists it has space for 6 to sleep but doesn’t spell out that two of those spaces are tiny fold out cots; we assumed there was a fold out couch. Also being located in one of the snow capitals and there was no shovel to clear the 8 or so inches of snow received during our stay. The soap dispenser in the half bath downstairs doesn’t function. The kitchen had basic necessities...

"Floor wasn’t vacuumed. There was dirt and like stone or pebbles on it. The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking on it barefoot. We couldn’t get any hot water in shower. Very noisy. Staff was outside our room in the morning hours talking loudly with lone another using profanities. I will definitely not stay there again and will not recommend it. Property is very run down."

"Room was neat and clean, simple and quaint. My wife found it very cute and cozy.
Experience was great until we got $200 extra charge after we left with no reason or explanation. No rules were broken and communicated everything. *Beware*"
