The kitchen is fully equipped and conveniently located on this level, alongside a bathroom with WC that serves the ground floor.

On the upper floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 2 bedrooms, both featuring characteristic sloping ceilings that lend the space a cozy and distinctive atmosphere. The first bedroom contains 2 beds and offers direct access to the balcony, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 beds and 1 sofabed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. A separate WC is also available on this floor, ensuring added convenience for all guests. The property features 1 bathroom in total, complemented by the additional separate WC on the upper level.
