After dinner, retire to the cosy lounge and relax on the sumptuous sofas in front of the crackling wood burner. Catch up on your favourite boxset on the Smart TV or indulge in a good book and a glass of wine. A well-appointed shower room completes the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a family bathroom and four welcoming bedrooms comprised of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a second king-size, an enchanting twin room and a children’s bunk room (with restricted headroom on the top bunk). Outdoors, savour al fresco dining on the decked area or enjoy a spot of stargazing. - The farm track is steep and bumpy but perfectly passable for regular family hatchbacks and estates as well as SUVs, even in the rain (may even experience a couple of wheel spins in the rain)

- Extensive grounds with sundeck, garden furniture, fire pit and charcoal pizza oven, plus access to mountain trails and views over Bala lake

- Please ensure dogs are kept on the leash as surrounded by working farms

- Private parking for 3 cars
