"Good location for mall and seafront promenade."

"Estivemos em Baku para um Forum Internacional de Arquitetos e foi uma grata surpresa a cidade e a hospitalidade. Quero aqui enaltecer os funcionários do Holiday Inn, principalmente os que trabalham no Café da Manhã e em nome do grupo agradeço ao funcionário Asim por todas as gentilezas e cordialidade. Um gentleman o Asim."

"Friendly staff, quiet"

"Great staff, from checkin to departing. Two bedroom family suite was large and clean. Easy access to grocery. Walkable or short taxi to old town or Nizami"

"Deluxe City Hotel is not at all a 5 star impersonal hotel, it is a quite comfort and familiar hotel instead - those that you feel at home and all the staff makes this happen!! Very well located, not far from the Freedom Square and the Caspian see, it is a very good choice for a reasonable priced hotel in Baku with the support of a nice and friendly staff. I'd like to thanks all of them for making special my 10 day stay in Baku. "

"Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in recent years. The room was dirty, and the staff, including the manager, are apathetic and incompetent. I never normally write reviews, but I feel I have a duty to warn people"

"Large room, clean, friendly staff."

"This was the second time I stayed here. The place is amazing and central to everything and is walking distance to a lot of places very clean very helpful. The breakfast is good also ."

"Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående. Rummet stort. Apple TV."

"Worst hotel ever. 1. Booked double room, the tried to provide dorm bed or chafdong extra. 2. Very poor room conditions. An old, dusty mattress, dirty sheets (the condition of two small ones) and a shower over the toilet bowl — it is impossible to wash. Lots of dust and smells"
