Bad experience
Overall a quite negative experience.
We booked a twin room, we got a double. When we pointed it out, they gave us the only free twin room, which had no heating. They at least gave us an electric heater.
Half the outlets don’t work well.
The reception lady tells us breakfast is from 10 to 11 (?). I repeat the schedule to her to make sure she didn’t make a mistake. She confirms. Next day: we go there at 10, it’s over. Turns out it’s from 8 to 10…
There’s a leak in the bidet. We tell them in the morning before heading out. They tell us they’ll sort it out immediately. We come back in the evening: nothing’s fixed. I ask the same guy that told me he’d fix it: he tells me “go to reception” (?). I go: they tell me they’ll be right there. They don’t come the whole night.
Next day, we complain once more, they come have a look, then they say they’ll fix it. The bidet is still leaking at the time of checkout. Good luck for the next occupants of that room.
The room is so far from the others that the Internet is basically unusable. You’re better off using an e-sim or buy a SIM card if you want minimum internet access... or hang out outside your room.
Do not expect any house keeping, even if you’re staying more than five days. We had to complain to at least get our towels and a rag that was supposed to be our covers changed.
