The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it. "I originally secured this place for my daughter, her husband, their baby, my son and their dog. However, everyone except me and My Son came down with Covid a few days before the day so it was just the two of us watching Super Bowl but it was fantastic very clean. well stocked I was disappointed that they didn’t tell me it was a duplex. I thought it was the whole house so parking was an issue"

"I stayed here with my mom aunt and husband for one night. This is a very comfortable place to crash the night and better than a hotel. We watched movies at the living room and the house it’s well equipped with a a/c unit since outside was supper hot. The house is gated and The two bathrooms were equipped with towels liquid soap and shampoo. Loved the cold water inside the fridge. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay here again ."

"This property met every need our family had during our extended stay. The unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and carefully presented for our convenience; and the grounds were lovely and well-maintained. Other than a family across the driveway moving out one day, we rarely heard neighbors. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, and we felt quite "at home." The added bonus of the clean pool made for some happy family members. Our host, Gustavo, was friendly, helpful and very accessible and responsive....

"The unit was exactly as described! Host was very gracious when we got confused about which was the unit vs. the main house and helped us. Our stay was very comfortable. We were there for a night on a road trip, so we didn't explore the area very much, but the area has a very suburban feel which isn't super exciting. It was exactly what we needed though!"

"Great host that has so many thoughtful extras! Very clean! Easy to access and checkout was a breeze. Lovely safe neighborhood and we took a nice morning walk to a coffee shop. Looking forward to staying there again next time I’m in Bakersfield."
