I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped."

"For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue"
