"Hotel has a city view and a sea view. The hotel was extremely hot, however the air conditioner was not working. I complained with the reception and the suggestion was to open the window, however it is noisy and impossible to sleep. The hotel people suggested to use a earplugs to sleep (so creative!!!). Hotel could be offered a room at the see side; instead offered a earplug!! Another problem: I needed to checkout at 6am, but there was no hot water at this time; hotel said to wait a few minutes...
