The rural house "Casa Vilanova" in Pujol (Baix Pallars), in the Pyrenees of Lleida, Pallars Sobirà region, is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. The property is spread over 2 floors: on the first, you will find a living room, kitchen, dining area, terrace, games room, and an additional toilet. Upstairs, there are 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. There is also a ping-pong table, plus a cot and high chair for little ones. The house does not have air conditioning.



The private outdoor area features a garden, 2 open terraces, a covered terrace, 3 balconies, and a barbecue. There are 7 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Space is available for motorbikes, bicycles, and ski storage.



A maximum of 2 pets up to 15 kg are allowed, but they are not permitted on beds or sofas. Smoking is only allowed outside, and large events are not permitted. The property has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is provided on site. The rental features energy and water-saving measures, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.
