"Hotel novo, limpo, ótimo café da manhã e atendimento da equipe. "

"The hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of an update. The room was fine...no safe, furniture a bit tatty and some black mould around the bath/shower. Only 1 dressing robe and slippers in the room, although booked as a couple. Room service was a bit random. The sandwiche that arrived was not great, with a tired piece of lettuce, 2 small tomatoes and some tortilla chips. Breakfast was again fine but nothing to write home about. The hot food had the air of being put out for the opening...

"Lifts out of order. Rooms basic but unclean, broken lightswitch. Dirty carpets and sideboards. Bar and restaurant empty and in a poor location. Staff doing their very best to help, polite and courteous."
