"We needed a weekend of rest and relaxation and this little gem couldn't have provided that any better! The house boat is cozy, beautifully decorated, very clean and accommodating. Host was super friendly and quick to respond. The marina is great and the city of Bainbridge was a joy to experience. HIGHLY recommend staying here. We look forward to coming back! "

"I am curious about living on a houseboat and wanted to see what it is like. This one was perfect. Absolutely beautiful place, looks just like the pictures, we were relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it. Darlene was very responsive to my questions and the owner and other boat owners very friendly. "

"For our 50th Class Reunion, the Henry House was perfect. Debra was an ideal host. She let us check in early and made certain all was to our liking. The ambiance of the house was so peaceful. My husband said there was a sweet spirit in this house, and there was. I particularly loved the way Debra stayed true to the character of the original home. We loved it and will come again!"

"Would consider staying there again, but would first consider other alternatives. Pros - lots of room, 3 bedrooms, nice back porch, nice kitchen. Cons - showers bad, no pressure, hot water barely warm, towels well used, living room large, but only 2 chairs, no couch for family viewing of tv, little amenities like facial tissues would have been nice. Also on a noisy street at night, and a long walk > 1 mile to town square, which is center of the town. That last sentence summed up the biggest...

"The large open space and layout of the home was just as seen on the site. Plenty of space, lots of parking, and beautiful location. Our group had an amazing time. We were not very successful at fishing but we swam, tubed, went on boat rides, rode the wave runners, kayaked, fished, grilled, and sunbathed. Looked as if lots of others in the area enjoyed our love of water sports and the good fishing spots were just up the creek mouth where the houses stop. We have no complaints at all. Awesome...

"Very nice house, with plenty of room. Everything needed for our stay was at the home. The driveway is no joke. You need to be careful backing out of the parking spot. The dock was very nice and relaxing, and the yard was huge. Beautiful location and very quiet and relaxing. The only issue we had was the bathroom sinks. They sat so high my wife had to stand on her tiptoes to brush her teeth. I'm 6' and had a little trouble as well. I would highly recommend this location to others. "
