"Our stay at Carols cottage was absolutely amazing. The cottage was adorable and exactly as pictured. We ended up getting hit by a pretty bad storm with downed trees around the area and loss of power. Carol and her husband showed up immediately with comforting words and supplies! We are so happy we found this little gem in Baileys Harbor. Can’t wait for our next stay!!"

"We had a family gathering of 15, ranging from 17 to 78, the house was fabulous; the setting couldn't have been better. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. We went to a fish boil, took family pictures on our own beach with the lighthouse in the background, played pickleball, cornhole, went kayaking, took in a play, walked to the lighthouse, made meals at home, went out to eat two or three times, took hikes in the state parks, and just hung out as a family and played games...

"Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water. The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

"Stayed 10 nights and the house is fantastic! Spacious, clean, well stocked for meal prep needs! Two fridges came in handy for our family gathering. Area is great for morning walks, grill available for cookouts, beach chairs and bikes were used often. Would highly recommend and the host was incredibly responsive. "

"We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus!"

"The property on Lake Michigan was exactly what I expected from the online photos. It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach and enjoy the sunshine.The bonfire pit was a great addition for us to enjoy.
