"This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!"

"We enjoyed our stay the house was clean and well stocked with all the needed kitchen supplies for the cooks of our group. We loved the beach area and playing in the water. I do have to admit all the stairs were a little rough for this 50 group but overall, we had a great time exploring the area. "

"The location on the river is amazing. Even better than we expected. Pricing is on point. We found it very relaxing in the mornings to sit out front and have a coffee. In the afternoons it was fun to swim and watch the boats go by. We did some fishing and caught some bluegill and perch.The host were very friendly and had great communication. I would give the hosts & rental 10 stars if I could but it only allows me to give 5!"

"This house was truly an amazing find!Check-in was easy. The host was incredibly helpful and available to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean, comfortable (I've never slept so well in a rental), and spacious. There was plenty of tables and seating in every gathering space. We couldn't believe how much this place had to offer in terms of amenities and things to do. Every one of us loved the house. We would definitely stay there again!"

The pool looked inviting, but we were too busy to jump in. "We really liked this rental. We came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy with the neighbors but things calmed down over the week which was nice. The screened porch was great and we used it a lot. One thing to be aware of which is not a criticism it's just how it is, that the swimming platform in front of the property is not owned by the property (it's been upgraded from the pictures in the listing and there are two diving boards on it and it's really nice). "Our first impression was a WOW! It really never changed from a wow during our entire stay. My 2 extremely minimal suggestions would be to maybe bring your own pillow and that the shower head was not the easiest to use for those with longer hair. We are excited to book our trip here again next year! A really nice VRBO through and through.The host was also extremely nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you!"

"WOW!! The pictures in the listing don't do this place justice. It is SO nice! When we arrived, the place was super clean, and though it's in town it was quiet inside.
