"We liked everything the staff were helpful and very friendly assisting us on a couple of minor things but we were happy that they went over and above what was required.
We are only ever put off by how expensive it is to buy a drink or have a meal in an airport hotel but it’s like that everywhere . Rather than spending our money at the hotel we bring our own drinks and eat out elsewhere . Bit of a shame really but a great hotel and very convenient"

"For some reason we did not know that there was a Naumi Studio and also a Naumi Hotel. We booked the studio and the room was really small even though the place as a whole is quite an experience. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and even if service has room for improvement the food was fabulous. Breakfast is also a must. The location of the hotel is very good and I would recommend the place bearing in mind the size of the room in the Studio."

"Front desk staff were courteous and helpful
Liked the stack car parking. It worked really well.
Enjoyed being close to shops and restaurants and the waterfront wasn’t far away. Like having a washer and dryer
Did not like:
- no windows opened and air became stale
- 2 chairs to watch tv from were small and uncomfortable
- no bedside lamps
- dryer not vented so when drying clothes the bathroom sweats"

"The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained.
Two lovely young people at reception, new to the country and learning the language. Other than that, no one.
Difficult to find, tight and difficult parking for so many units. We were on third floor and over 80 years old. We were booked on an early ferry to the South Island. The elevator was not scheduled to begin operating until after we left. We therefore could not take our luggage to our rooms as we would have to face three flights of...
