"The hotel is a bit old, so shower isn’t great and décor could be updated. But the service is amazing. In restaurants and bars and also around the pool and even at the beach. Food is good but they could improve on afternoon snacks. Room was always very clean. I would return without hesitation"

"I was very happy with the balcony. The cleanliness overall. The staff are all very sad looking and this made it hard to approach them.. When I asked them why they are so sad id often get told they are tired and have worked more than 12 hours. Barely any smiles. They are exhausted "

"My first time coming to Egypt after many years of wanting to come and I finally booked and came, found coral sea aqua club and when I booked it I made a mistake of only booking a 5* hotel however after staying here for a week I have found out it is a 4* hotel, if 6* existed I would rate it 6*!!!!
