"Very good environment"

"环境不错，房间舒适，前台2028服务热情，非常满意。"

"Wonderful! The room was incredible, the people were kind and friendly, we could walk to shopping, massage, and it was safe. The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure."

"Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future."

"Impecable experience, modern design, wonderful staff. We had one of the best time during our days in Raffles Shenzen"

"Boa localização, perto do metrô e com muitos locais de refeições nas proximidades, mesmo à noite."

"交通方便，環境安静各方面都幾好。"

"呢個品牌嘅酒店好多間，呢間係稍為遜色的"

"Excelente localização, fica a 15 minutos a pé do metrô HouHan e de vários shoppings. A equipe do hotel é muito gentil, atenciosa e acolhedora. Nota 10"

"Hotel novo, bem localizado, equipamento ótimo. Equipe técnica extremamente cordial."

"Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...
