"Não ficamos no hotel não teve condição fizemos o checking fomos ao quarto e depois de vinte minutos fizemos o check out Tinha bicho no quarto, roupa de cama parecia que tinha sido usada já, o quarto não eatava limpo, os utensílios do banheiro estavam caindo e em mal estado, assim como a pequena cozinha toda exposta, a cortina não fechava direito ou abaixa muito ou erguia demais realmente muito precário "

"Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross"

"It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area"

"The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...

"Washers and dryers out of order. I came a couple months ago and they were also out of order then."

"The front desk morning girl was very rude and never smiled. She diffently did not need to up front greeting customers. The rooms were ok especially the one that has a ba.ck patio looking at the pool, loved tbe court yard"
