502 Grandview is located on the 5th floor of Grandview Residences, with an elevator available up to the 4th floor.

This minimalist studio condo is equipped with basic kitchenware for cooking, a microwave, refrigerator, electric fan, and shower heater for your convenience.

We also provide dishwashing liquid, shampoo, and body wash.

While the unit doesn’t have a balcony, the view from the room is superb.

After each checkout, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following standard protocols, and fresh sheets and towels are always provided for our guests.
