"Property’s nice and huge, owner’s good and accommodating. Downside: tight parking and a little confusing to find but it’s understandable because it’s Baguio, it’s kinda warm because they don’t have AC (since Baguio’s meant to be cold) but the caretaker, Gina is nice and they provided enough fans for all the rooms to keep us comfortable…. overall we enjoyed our stay! Thanks Ms. Roda! "

"VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN….."

"We loved our stay here. Off the beaten path but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were actually two bathrooms with showers. We didn’t cook but everything was there. The toaster oven was a nice touch to warm up leftovers in. We’d stay there again."

"Caretaker was nice, he attended to all our needs. The house is kinda old. The wood floors always make sound so it’s very noisy. There were cockroaches in the bedrooms. The road to the house is not paved and made our stay very difficult since we have to go in and out almost every day."

"The host was really welcoming when we came in, and the hotel felt really comfortable. It kind of reminded me of a nice home-like apartment, and it was really well kept. The only thing that kind of put our family off was the bathroom, It was clean, but the water in the shower had an issue of flooding out into the bathroom (the main bathroom). "Great property..different room options to accommodate a bigger family. The place is kinda hard to find as there is not enough signs, and you can't see the hotel from the street (had to go thru a narrow st leading up to the hotel). Staffs are all very nice and attentive.
