"We arrived late at night which our host kindly allowed for, but his English wasn’t good so it was hard for him to explain why the room we had booked and paid for wasn’t available and we were in a much smaller apartment which was not especially comfortable for the length of the stay with questionable weather.. "Overall we enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed Pisa with our 2 teenagers. Positives: (1) Property management was excellent and we were in almost daily contact with support. (2) The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with lots of room to spread out. (3) The local area was well served with an ATM and a Co-op about 1 minute walk away.
